Once you sign the client agreement and begin work, your session records, application forms, notes, and recordings are stored indefinitely for professional liability, audit compliance, and legal protection. You will not have access to this data after submission, and it cannot be deleted or modified upon request. These conditions are clearly outlined in the client agreement and override general GDPR access and erasure rights due to the nature of the service provided.

6. Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that affects your rights or legal standing.

7. Who We Share Your Data With

Your data is never sold. We share it only with:

Optima Funnels (email system)

The UnInstitute of Women™ (if applicable, for certified audit purposes)

Payment processors (if a financial transaction occurs)

General subscribers and quiz takers: until you unsubscribe or request deletion

1:1 clients: indefinitely (as agreed in the client contract)
